Booking and Travel Information

What should I do on the day of travel?

Answer : On the day of travel, please visit the ticket counter at least 30 minutes before departure to receive your boarding ticket. Simply provide your booking reference code to the staff.

Answer : If you miss the bus, the ticket will be considered forfeited. We recommend arriving at the ticket counter at least 30 minutes before departure time.

Answer : Pets of all kinds are not allowed on the bus or during the journey.

Answer : Yes, parcels and luggage can be sent by contacting the staff at the ticket counter or the parcel service point of the bus operator.

Answer : The State Welfare Card cannot be used for online bookings. To use this benefit, tickets must be purchased directly at the ticket counter.

Answer : Yes, you can travel using an E-Ticket if the bus operator supports it. You can check this on the Manage Booking page under the Ticket menu. If supported, the E-Ticket option will be displayed.

Payment and Refund

Answer : Please inform the cashier that you would like to make a payment for Thairoute.com and provide your 10-digit payment reference number starting with 17.

Answer : Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3 business days. For credit or debit card payments, refunds may take up to 2 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays.
