Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure so there is time for ticket checking and loading luggage. Roadside pick-up points have very short stops, so wait there in advance.
Can I change or refund a ticket?
You can manage your booking yourself from the Manage Booking menu. Conditions, deadlines and fees are set by each operator, not by the booking platform.
What should I bring on board?
