Emerald Pool is a natural tourist attraction located in Khlong Thom District, Krabi Province.It is very famous for its beautiful pond. The water has a very natural blue-green color.

There are three Emerald Pools in total: Sa Kaeo, Sa Morakot, and Sa Phut. The park has a nature trail for us to walk and see the pond. The entrance fee is 30 baht for Thai people, 20 baht for children and 400 baht for foreigners and 200 baht for children. Disabled people and senior citizens aged 60 years and over are exempt from fees.

Getting there: Traveling to the Emerald Pool is convenient, taking approximately 1 hour's drive from Krabi town. And you have to continue on a forest trail for about 1000 meters to reach the Emerald Pool. Along the way, there are trees providing shade and a wooden bridge that makes traveling easy. Besides soaking in the Emerald Pool, there are other interesting activities that can be done. Such as taking a nature walk around the area, taking photos of the beautiful scenery, or even visiting the Emerald Pool Reservoir during off-peak hours. The best time to visit the Emerald Pool is in the morning or evening.
