Frequently Asked Questions
I paid for my GreenBus ticket but did not receive the ticket. What should I do?
If your payment was successful but you did not receive a ticket, cannot find your booked seat, or the booking status still shows as unpaid, keep your payment receipt, booking details, travel date, and passenger information and contact customer support for verification.
According to GreenBus's terms and conditions, if a booking or payment system error results in the seat not being successfully reserved, passengers may request a full refund of the amount paid, subject to the company's conditions.
Do I need to print my GreenBus ticket?
No. A printed ticket is not always required.
GreenBus accepts several forms of travel confirmation, including:

- Booking confirmation email
- Booking details from the FairFair website or app
- SMS containing travel details
- A clear screenshot of your ticket
- A printed A4 ticket
It is recommended to save a screenshot or e-ticket on your phone before travelling in case you have no internet connection at the station.
Can I change the travel date of my GreenBus ticket?
Yes. GreenBus allows passengers to reschedule an eligible ticket once.
The change must normally be requested at least 24 hours before the bus departs from the route's original departure station.
Requests made less than 24 hours before departure may not be accepted.
How is the 24-hour GreenBus rescheduling deadline calculated?
The 24-hour deadline is calculated based on the time the bus leaves the original starting station of the route, not necessarily the time you board the bus.
For example, if your bus operates from Chiang Mai to Nan and you plan to board in Lampang, the 24-hour deadline is calculated from the bus's departure time from Chiang Mai, not Lampang.
This is important when changing tickets for routes with multiple boarding points.
Can I cancel my GreenBus ticket and get a refund?
In general, GreenBus tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund simply because the passenger no longer wishes or is unable to travel.
Refunds may be available in certain circumstances specified by GreenBus, such as:
The operator cancels the service due to circumstances beyond its control.
The passenger experiences a qualifying medical emergency or accident and provides the required supporting documents.
