            If there's one waterfall that makes us feel like we're standing in the midst of the power of nature, it would be... " Klong Lan Waterfall " It's one of those places, not just because it has beautiful waterfalls, but because it's a place where you can hear the voices of nature more clearly than the noise of life.

            Upon arriving at Khlong Lan National Park, the first things you notice are the lush greenery of diverse flora and the gentle sound of flowing water. Yet, as you venture deeper into the forest, that soft murmur gradually swells, echoing throughout the woods; then, the moment you step beyond the tree line, a magnificent waterfall reveals itself, with water cascading down from a cliff nearly 100 meters high.

            Cool mist filled the air, and pristine white water cascaded down from the cliff like a giant curtain of water created by nature. What we particularly loved was that, despite the breathtaking beauty of the waterfall, it wasn't as crowded as many other popular tourist destinations we've visited. We could sit and listen to the sound of the water, breathe in the scent of the forest, and relax in this serene forest paradise called " Klong Lan Waterfall ."     

            How to get there : We started our journey by taking a morning bus from the Bangkok Bus Terminal (Chatuchak/Mo Chit 2) to the Khlong Lan Bus Terminal (we booked online via www.busandvan.com). From there, we took a local vehicle for another 10 minutes. All in all, the trip took just over four hours and cost less than 500 baht. Here’s a little tip: there is also accommodation available within the national park—it’s absolutely worth it.
